    Join your neighborhood's group

    Pick a service your neighborhood has open, tell us the size of the job, and save a card. Nothing is charged yet, and you can drop out until the signup deadline.

    The group fills up

    If at least 3 homes join by the deadline, the group goes ahead and everyone is charged the same group price. If not, it's cancelled and nobody pays a cent.

    The crew works the neighborhood

    The contractor does the group's homes back to back, over one or a few days depending on the group's size, and sends photos of each job. Your payment is held until the job is done, and you have 48 hours to tell us about a problem.

Services and group rates

Prices include our booking fee. The single-home price is our standard price for one home on its own, shown for comparison. Groups always pay the group rate.

Questions

How are prices set?

We agree each service's price with the contractor before a group opens, so it's fair for both sides. Because the crew does many homes close together, they can offer a lower group rate, and everyone in the group gets it. Now and then we add an extra discount on top, like referral cash back.

When is my card charged?

Only after the signup deadline, and only if your neighborhood's group reached its minimum. Joining just saves your card.

What if not enough neighbors join?

The group is cancelled and nobody is charged. Share your neighborhood's page with neighbors to help it fill.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. You can drop out any time before the signup deadline, from your Bookings page.

Who does the work?

Local contractors we've checked. We verify their insurance before they get any work, and they upload photos of every finished job.

What if I'm not happy with the job?

You have 48 hours after the photos arrive to report a problem. The contractor isn't paid while we look at the photos and talk to you both. If the job wasn't done right, we refund you in full.

How do I sign in?

With your mobile number. We text you a code, so there's no password to remember.

Do I get anything for inviting neighbors?

Yes. Share your link from My bookings. For each neighbor who signs up through it and pays for a job, you get 5% back on your next finished job, up to 25%, refunded to your card.
